The Millcreek community consists of four distinct areas, Millcreek, East Mill Creek, Canyon Rim and Mt. Olympus. The below calendar is updated regularly with events that Sheriff's Office representatives will attend.

The Sheriff's Office is excited to participate in the Millcreek July Fourth Celebration and Parade. The festivities will begin with a free breakfast 7 AM at Evergreen Park, followed by a parade at 9 AM. The route will be the same as years past, starting at 2700 East Evergreen Avenue and ending at the Evergreen Park at approximately 2230 East Evergreen Avenue. We look forward to seeing you there.
August:
The Millcreek Night Out Against Crime will be held in the parking lot of Fatcats, located at 3739 South 900 East. This event is free to all area residents. Bring your children and have fun while you learn ways to make your lives safer.

Team Citation Award
The Millcreek Street Crimes Unit was awarded a great honor today June 10, 2009. The Millcreek Detectives were honored for their outstanding job. In addition to conducting investigations in their assigned speciality they also do vice operations, narcotics search warrants, auto theft recovery stings and continue to hold the largest investigations case load for the entire Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office! The Smith's drug turn in was very successful, Millcreek residents turned in over 200 lbs of drugs that could have been flushed and turned up in our drinking water system.
